Coaching Staff

Coach Brockway is entering his 3rd year as the Gaithersburg Giants Head Coach.  Coach Brockway has been on the Giants staff for 4 years.  He has been the head recruiter for the team over the past 4 years.  He played for the Giants for 1 summer after graduating from Good Counsel High School.  He then went on to play at Concord University.  Since finishing college, coach Brockway has been coaching travel ball for the Dig In MCBL team.

Coach Grass enters his 2nd year coaching with the Gaithersburg Giants. Coach Grass is currently an Assistant Coach for the MC Raptors JUCO. He has been coaching and recruiting in the collegiate level since 2019. Dig In 2019, BCC Big Train 21-23 and became head coach for the 2023 season.

An established Baseball Coach/Trainer with over 30 years of experience in the baseball Industry. Coach Capozza is currently the owner of V37 Performance Training, Owner of Dominion Sports Plex, Director of Baseball Operations, The Ball Park Loudoun, and Associate Scout for the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club.

Coach Paseur heads into his 3rd year on the Giants coaching staff. Currently assistant coach to Coach Brockway at St. Andrews High School Varsity team.

Matthew Cangas enters his 6th year running day to day operations of the Giants organization.
